MATCH Resources is a Healthcare Technology Recruiting
firm. They had multiple needs with their online presence. They needed a
way to post open jobs and have these positions rank high in search
engines. They also needed to have recruiters able to update and edit
the positions without IT involvement. Additionally perspective
candidates needed to be able to apply online and upload their resumes.
All of this needed to be tracked in a back end system that allowed
recruiters to search resumes and tie them to approriate open positions.
